Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

1 Banana (half banana if you are Prediabetic or Diabetic)

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

2 TBSP Chocolate PB Powder (You can purchase at Walmart)

1/4 Cup of Crushed Ice


Put all ingredients into your blender until clumps are smoothed out. Drink and enjoy!

This is my go to fast breakfast meal because of how healthy, simple and delicious it is! I have this most mornings along with a Fiber One Brownie because I tend to have a sweet tooth in the mornings. Most breakfast meals are very high in carbs and sugars so this is one of my favorite alternatives!
